During my stay in a three-bedroom apartment with an oceanfront view, I really loved the pool area where the kids had a blast. Additionally, the Starbucks staff were super friendly, making our mornings more enjoyable. However, we faced some challenges with cleanliness, as it seemed like the room hadn’t been fully prepared for us when we arrived. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but a bit of improvement in room maintenance would go a long way.

The room offers a beautiful ocean view that makes for a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of adventure. The balcony provides the perfect space to sip on a drink while soaking in the sights and sounds of the beach.

Unfortunately, the maintenance of the facilities could use some attention. The jacuzzi was crowded due to inadequate heating, resulting in several guests unable to enjoy it. the cleanliness left much to be desired, with reports of cockroaches in common areas and stained sheets upon arrival. The inconsistency with housekeeping was frustrating, as sometimes essentials like toilet paper were not replenished promptly. My experience with billing also raised concerns, with unauthorized charges that took days to resolve.

The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the beach with easy access just steps away. The kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, making it super convenient for meals. We enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and the lazy river for relaxation. Having Starbucks in the lobby was a huge plus, too!

Had a great time in a one-bedroom suite with an oceanfront view. The room had a full kitchen, nice balcony, and comfortable seating area. Loved the multiple pools, especially the lazy river. The Tiki bar was a cool spot for food and drinks. Beach access was super easy too, which was a major highlight.

The beachfront location provided breathtaking views of the crashing waves right outside my window! I absolutely loved lounging by the multiple pools, especially the lazy river – perfect for unwinding after a day of beach fun! The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home, from the friendly front desk to the talented baristas brewing up delightful Starbucks drinks in the lobby.

I enjoyed my stay in a spacious three-bedroom apartment with stunning oceanfront views. The direct beach access was fantastic for family fun, and we had plenty of relaxing time by the pools. I was disappointed with the limited housekeeping during our stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the Grande in Myrtle Beach. The serene beach access and well-maintained pools enhanced my experience. a few cleanliness issues detracted from the overall comfort. The staff displayed friendliness and efficiency, making my stay quite pleasant despite minor inconveniences.

The location was great for accessing the beach and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. I appreciated the warmth of the pool, especially since the weather didn't cooperate during our stay. the cleanliness of the room could use some improvement, particularly the balcony area, and I noticed some inconsistency in rule enforcement regarding smoking on the premises. After 15 years, still loving the place. The kids had a blast with the free movies and the remodeled rooms made everything feel fresh. Waking up with the ocean view was something else.

It wasn’t cheap but our family always enjoys it so we keep coming back.
