The jacuzzi was crowded due to inadequate heating, resulting in several guests unable to enjoy it. the cleanliness left much to be desired, with reports of cockroaches in common areas and stained sheets upon arrival. The inconsistency with housekeeping was frustrating, as sometimes essentials like toilet paper were not replenished promptly. My experience with billing also raised concerns, with unauthorized charges that took days to resolve.

The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the beach with easy access just steps away. The kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, making it super convenient for meals. We enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and the lazy river for relaxation. Having Starbucks in the lobby was a huge plus, too!

Had a great time in a one-bedroom suite with an oceanfront view. The room had a full kitchen, nice balcony, and comfortable seating area. Loved the multiple pools, especially the lazy river. The Tiki bar was a cool spot for food and drinks. Beach access was super easy too, which was a major highlight.

The beachfront location provided breathtaking views of the crashing waves right outside my window! I absolutely loved lounging by the multiple pools, especially the lazy river – perfect for unwinding after a day of beach fun! The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home, from the friendly front desk to the talented baristas brewing up delightful Starbucks drinks in the lobby.

The oceanfront view was stunning from my Three-bedroom Apartment. Access to the beach was easy, and the lazy river provided great family fun. The room included a full-size washer and dryer, making our stay very convenient. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Great experience overall! 🌊
